"Still not totally convinced"
so the site looks fine at first, but I don’t know, something about it felt a little off to me. There wasn’t much info to go on, and I didn’t feel completely comfortable or safe using it yet.

"Communication felt a little off"
I used sable.co and overall things worked out fine, but the communication was just kind of average. A few of the replies came across a bit curt, so I wasn’t always sure if I was getting the full picture or what I was supposed to do next.
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. If their updates sounded a little more clear and helpful, I think the whole process would feel a lot better.

I’m not totally sure what’s going on, but it seems like my account access keeps failing and I keep getting logged out. I reached out to support, and while they did eventually respond, it felt like it took longer than it probably should have.

"App feels really clunky"
This app is kind of a pain to use. Every time I try to move money around, it freezes or gets stuck halfway through, and I end up having to close it and try again. It just feels clunky and not very reliable

"Pretty fair rates whenever I’ve used them"
The rates have been fair every time I’ve checked, so I really can’t complain. it’s kind of nice not having to overthink it too much. I was comparing prices while drinking coffee and trying to remember if I’d fed the dog yet, and this still ended up being the easiest option

"Easy activation, but I’m a little less sure now"
Got my Sable card and activating it was super easy, maybe took 2 minutes. The app walked me through it and it worked on the first try, no calls or waiting around, which I appreciated. That part was smooth. I will say, I’m a bit more cautious now because with banking stuff, one easy step doesn’t fully make me trust the whole experience yet. Good start, but I’m still watching how everything else goes

Umm, the fees are mostly low, so I can’t complain too much. There are still a few little charges here and there that get annoying, but overall it’s nothing too crazy

I tried sable.co and ended up changing my mind, so I asked for a refund. They did send the money back, which was good. No issue there. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to reach out to support twice to check on it. The replies were polite. Just a bit slow. Overall, not a bad experience, but the updates could’ve been better. 3 stars feels about right.

I’ve been using the debit card for a while and it’s been smooth overall. Nothing really stands out in a bad way, and I’m fairly sure I haven’t had any issues with it.

"My Sable card got here faster than..."
My Sable card got here faster than I thought it would, I think it was only a few days. I kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, and the updates were mostly fine, just a little vague at times. Like, it would say it was moving along but not always exactly where it was. Not a huge deal, though. The envelope arrived in good shape and the card was fine, so overall I’m happy. I just wish the tracking details were a bit more specific

"Got my secured deposit back without a hassle"
Getting my secured deposit back was easy. I was half expecting some random issue to pop up, and if they’d made it difficult I probably would’ve just taken my business somewhere else. But everything was handled fine and there were no weird surprises

well... my account got frozen once and eventually closed, which was definitely annoying. But support explained what was going on quickly and helped me get my money out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I’d say they handled it fairly enough...

Opening the account was mostly straightforward, at least from what I could tell. The checks definitely seemed to take longer than I expected, though maybe that’s normal. I got in eventually, so it worked out, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest process.

The site does what it’s supposed to, but for me the navigation felt a little confusing at first. If you already know where everything is, it’s probably not a big deal, but as a first-time user it felt a bit clunky.

"Actually helped my credit a bit"
I got the sable card mostly to work on my credit, it did help. I used it for a few months, paid everything on time, and my score slowly started going up. The app was easy to use, and the reporting showed up like they said it would. It’s not perfect or anything, but there’s something about it that made the credit-building process feel a little more manageable for me.

"Support got back to me super fast"
I had this small issue with my account and wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do. I sent a message to Sable support, figuring it might take a while, but they got back to me way faster than I expected.
The person helping me explained everything clearly and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. They got it sorted out that same day, so yeah, I was happy with how it all went
